NewEra is built to collect as little about you as possible. There's no email, no password, and no personal profile, your identity is a wallet address.

01 Our approach

Most platforms are designed to gather as much data about you as they can. We took the opposite approach: NewEra works without you handing over personal information. You connect a wallet, and that's your account. This policy explains the little we do handle, where it is stored, and what is public.

02 What we collect

We don't ask for your name, email, or password. The information associated with your use of NewEra is limited to:

  • Your wallet address, this is your public identifier on the platform.
  • Content you create, the prompts and images you generate, and listings you make, stored so the platform can display them.
  • Basic technical data, standard information like your browser type or general activity that helps the app function and stay secure.

We do not collect your seed phrase or private keys, and we never will.

03 Where it's stored

Your account, your creations, your listings and purchases, and your NEA balance history are stored in NewEra's own database, not on a public blockchain. NewEra's first phase did run on BNB Chain, a public ledger, so activity from that period is permanently public and outside our control:

  • Wallet addresses and their first-phase transactions (generations, listings, purchases, transfers).
  • The first-phase on-chain records tying listings to wallets.

Anyone can view that first-phase activity on a block explorer. We can't hide, edit, or delete anything already recorded on-chain. Images and listings you make public on NewEra are also visible to every visitor.

04 How we use it

The limited information we handle is used only to run the platform:

  • To show your collection, listings, and balances.
  • To operate the marketplace and reward features.
  • To keep the platform working, secure, and free of abuse.

We don't sell your data, and we don't build advertising profiles from it.

05 Sharing & third parties

NewEra relies on a few external services to function, for example, hosting and database providers, image storage, wallet providers, and the AI systems that generate images. When you use the platform, your activity naturally passes through these services so they can do their job.

We don't sell your information to third parties. The first-phase blockchain data is public by nature and available to everyone.

06 Cookies & local storage

NewEra uses basic local storage in your browser to keep you connected and remember simple preferences (like your session). We don't use tracking cookies to follow you across the web or build advertising profiles.

07 Your choices

Because your account is a wallet, you're always in control:

  • You can disconnect your wallet at any time.
  • You can clear the local storage in your browser to end your session.
  • You choose what you generate and list, nothing is required beyond connecting a wallet.

Keep in mind that anything written to the blockchain during NewEra's first phase is permanent and cannot be removed by us or by you.
