01 The short version

NewEra lets you generate, own, and trade AI art using platform credits. Balances and ownership are recorded by NewEra, not on a public blockchain, so you are relying on the platform to keep those records. Sales are final, and you're responsible for your own wallet. This page lays out the specific risks so you can decide with your eyes open.

02 NEA & credits

NEA is a platform credit held in your NewEra account, and this matters for what you should expect:

• NEA is a platform utility credit that cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money outside NewEra.
• Platform data or balances may be adjusted, paused, or reset during active development.
• NEA is a platform credit, not an investment. We make no promise about its future price, availability, or listing anywhere.

Don't treat NEA or any balance as a financial asset or a guarantee of future rewards.

03 Final sales

Completed actions are final. Once you generate, list, or buy, treat it as done. The one automatic exception is a failed generation, which is refunded to your balance.

• Double-check every listing, price, and purchase before confirming.
• A purchase at the wrong price is still a completed purchase.
• Activity from NewEra's first phase on BNB Chain is permanent and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or edited by anyone.

04 Wallet & security

Your wallet is your identity and your responsibility. NewEra never holds your keys or funds.

• If you lose your seed phrase or private key, your access and assets are gone, no one can restore them.
• Phishing sites, fake apps, and malicious approvals are common in crypto. Always verify you're on the real NewEra and read what you're signing.
• Never share your seed phrase with anyone. NewEra will never ask for it.

05 AI-generated content

Images on NewEra are produced by AI models. That comes with its own uncertainties:

• Output can be unpredictable and may not match what you intended.
• Ownership and copyright of AI-generated work is a developing legal area that varies by country.
• You're responsible for making sure your prompts and images don't infringe others' rights or break local laws.

06 Market & value risk

Any marketplace involves pricing and demand risk. The value of a creation or prompt is whatever someone will pay for it, which may be nothing. There is no guaranteed buyer, resale value, or return. NEA has no monetary value, so none of this represents real financial value in the first place.

07 Technical risk

NewEra depends on its own servers and database, wallet software, AI providers, and third-party infrastructure, all of which can fail or behave unexpectedly.

• Software can contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite careful development, including in how balances are recorded.
• Outages or provider problems can delay or block generating, listing, or buying.
• As an early-stage product, NewEra may have errors, downtime, or breaking changes.

08 Your responsibility

By using NewEra, you accept these risks and agree that you use the platform at your own discretion and risk. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice. If you're unsure whether using NewEra is right for you, or legal where you live, seek independent advice before taking part.
